Recent semiconductive electronics have been treating some kind of carbon
materials in the order of nanosize often called as “molecular electronics”.
On the line of this molecular electronics, some electronic properties of new
nano‐carbon materials have been investigated. Electrode of lithium ion
batteries and fuel cellｓ are the main target of this research.
