  • "Design" is not same as "fine art". In a design process, we have to consider the requirements of users. Therefore, the value of design is decided by users' satisfaction. The purpose of our study is to evaluate and analyze various kinds of design (information, product, environment, etc.) from the perspective of "Kansei Science" and to obtain meaningful knowledge for "affective design".

  • A green energy devive needs to control using a model based energy
    management system (EMS) in micro-grid. A hybrid simulator has been
    built that is combined simulator with emulator for studying to develop
    a model based prediction and ovsever function in EMS. Moreover, a
    boundary condition (e.g. solor radiation, tidal level and tidal
    current) is to study to be given by a geograpical condition.
